Mute Soundproofing® is to sound insulate a counselling call centre in order to ensure privacy for callers. Samaritans, an emotional support service for people in distress, has commissioned Mute Soundproofing® to install a soundproofing system in one of their London counselling centres.

The Samaritans service is available 24 hours a day, primarily responding to phone calls and conducting face to face meetings. A sound insulated environment is essential to ensure privacy for people wishing to speak confidentially.
